1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any SpacialMind service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

SpacialMind provides a platform for managing AI-agent workflows including project management, task tracking, and agent orchestration via the MCP protocol and companion desktop applications.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your API keys and session credentials secure. Share keys only with services and people you trust. Revoke compromised keys immediately via the dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use SpacialMind to store illegal content, conduct denial-of-service attacks, circumvent rate limits, or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects, tasks, knowledge, or agent configurations. You grant us a limited license to store and serve your data as part of operating the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but provide no SLA guarantees during early access. The service may change or be interrupted without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpacialMind is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days in advance.
